Timken Rail Bearing Service Corp. leased 40,320 square feet at 14871 W. 99th St. in Lenexa, KS. Timken, a manufacturer of bearings, alloy steels and related components and assemblies, will take occupancy in March.
The Oxford Square Business Park property, which was built in 1974, is a one-story, 85,680-square-foot industrial warehouse. It contains 17 loading docks, 10 drive-ins and has a clear height of 24 feet.
