This unit is specially for round steel coil, which is divided into several strips by disc blade, and then rolled into required strip by equipment. The mechanical equipment, shearing process, operating system and accessories are described below.

6. Description of main mechanical equipment
1. Feeding trolley and saddle
(1) Purpose: the saddle is used to store raw material coil; the winding car is used to send the steel coil to be cut longitudinally to the uncoiler.
(2) Structure description: the trolley is a welded joint of steel structure, which is composed of lifting saddle and transverse trolley. The saddle is formed by V-shaped seat fixed on the top of the frame. The lifting saddle is a four column guide rod type [Ø 110 × 800], and the oil cylinder lifting saddle. The oil cylinder is fixed on the frame, and the high pressure hose provides pressure oil for lifting. The trolley is a steel structure with four wheels. The trolley is driven by 400 type hydraulic motor and runs along two rails fixed on the foundation [the rail is provided by the demander].
The main body of the saddle is a welded steel structure, and the saddle is installed on the foundation to form a rolling seam.
2. Decoiler. Hydraulic expansion and contraction pneumatic clutch type
(air compressor supplied by the demander)
(1)Purpose: the decoiler supports and rotates the slitting plate.
(2) The main shaft is 203mm, and the uncoiler is mainly composed of drum and box. The disc brake is a new type.
The uncoiler reel is a fan-shaped structure. The uncoiler reel is supported on the box by two bearings. One end of the uncoiler reel is a retractable reel, and the other end is connected with a retractable hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic oil enters the retractable hydraulic cylinder to push the piston rod to move, and drives the inclined slider to move back and forth, driving the fan-shaped plate matched with the retractable sliding sleeve to move radially to complete the diameter of the reel.
(3) The pinch feeder is used to reduce part of the labor force at the beginning.
It is driven to the main shaft by cycloid motor, and then driven by pneumatic clutch to drive the main shaft to break the coil.
4. vertical roller guide roller pressing device
(1) Purpose: the device is set before disc shear, and its main function is to make the steel strip be able to be correctly centring during cutting.
(2) Structural description: the frame of the device is a steel structure weldment, three vertical side guide rollers are set on the left and right sides, each installed on a movable roller frame, and the roller is pressed on the upper part of the strip to prevent the steel strip from drum rising. The handwheel respectively turns the screw rod to move the roller frame by the nut fixed on the movable roller frame, so that the two sets of vertical rollers move opposite or reverse. The single side adjustment device can adjust the opening degree. The opening adjustment is set on the operation side and is of two hand wheel type.
(1) Purpose: disc shear is one of the main machines of the equipment, and its main function is longitudinal shear strip.
(2) Structure description: disc shear is mainly composed of the body. Base. The transmission device and other parts are composed. The base is installed on the foundation, and the left and right frames are installed on the base, and the blades are installed. Spacer. The upper and lower cutter shafts of rubber sleeve are installed between two frames, and an AC motor transmits power to the upper and lower cutter shaft through the cylindrical gear reducer distribution box to complete the shearing. When replacing the blade and spacer, one side frame can be moved by turning the screw rod by hand wheel.
6. Fixed separation and expansion device
(1) Purpose: separate the strip steel and establish a certain back tension to make the strip steel neat after slitting. Orderly winding to the coiler.
(2) Structural features: the tension device is separated from the fixed tension device. Guide roll. The whole frame height of fixed separation and tension device is composed of fixed separation, tension device and steering roller. The fixed separation shaft is fixed on the frame through the bearing, and the separation discs on the separation shaft are separated by a spacer sleeve. The tension device is in the form of tension platform, which is controlled by hydraulic cylinder.
7. Separation of activities
(1) Purpose: it is used to separate the strip and wind it on the crankshaft orderly and orderly to facilitate curling.
(2) Structure description: it is mainly composed of support, arm, separation roller and other devices. The bracket is of welded structure, which is installed on the foundation and coiling case. The hydraulic cylinder of separation roll is fixed on the bracket. When the hydraulic cylinder acts, the pressure roll swing bracket rises and falls. The separating plates are equipped with spacer sleeve positioning to adapt to cutting different specifications of strips.
(1) Purpose: it is used to coil the finished steel strip.
(2) Structure description: the main shaft diameter Ø 203mm coiler is mainly composed of drum, gearbox, base, AC motor, etc. The coiler is an AC variable frequency speed regulating motor. Through the coupling, the gearbox drives the crankshaft to rotate. The crimping head is a fan-shaped plate [width of steel strip groove provided by the demander]. One end of the crimping head is a steel cylinder which can be expanded and shrunk, and the other end is connected with the expansion and contraction hydraulic cylinder to form the expansion and contraction structure. The hydraulic oil enters into the expansion and contraction hydraulic cylinder to push the piston rod to move, drive the expansion and contraction sleeve of the inclined plane to move axially, and drive the fan-shaped plate matching with the expansion and contraction sliding sleeve to move radially to complete the expansion and contraction of the drum diameter. A set of hydraulic arm to prevent the main shaft from bending under force during operation.
The coiler is equipped with a hydraulic pushing device to assist the unloading car.
9. Unloading trolley
(1) Purpose: the saddle is used to store the finished coil. The coil unloading trolley is used to unload and move the finished coil after coiling.
(2) Structure description: the trolley is a steel structure weldment, which is composed of lifting saddle and transverse trolley. The saddle is formed by V-shaped seat fixed on the top of the frame. The lifting saddle is a four column guide rod type, and the oil cylinder lifting saddle. The oil cylinder is fixed on the frame, and the pressure oil is supplied by the high pressure hose attached to the drag chain. The trolley is a steel structure with four wheels. The trolley is driven by the motor reducer and runs along two rails fixed on the foundation. The main body of the saddle is a welded steel structure, and the saddle is installed on the foundation to form a rolling seam.
