Horizontal steel bar cutting machine belongs to mechanical drive, because its structure is simple, use is convenient, obtain widespread application.Structure: mainly consists of motor, transmission system, speed reduction mechanism, crankshaft mechanism, body and cutting knife.Suitable for cutting 6~40mm universal carbon steel.Working principle: drive by motor, drive the eccentric shaft by reduction of V belt wheel and cylindrical gear.The eccentric shaft is provided with a connecting rod, which drives the sliding block and the moving blade to and fro in the sliding direction of the frame, and the fixing blade fixed on the frame is made of carbon tool steel through heat treatment.
Our machine has the following advantages:
1. Small size, light weight, compact structure, strong and reliable.
2. Good lubrication performance: box-type closed structure and gear spatter lubrication can be used for continuous refueling for more than one month.(the oil level should not be lower than the oil mark line, so that the machine is always in a good lubrication state).
3. Less functional loss: due to the improvement of lubrication conditions, the gear shaft ends are equipped with rolling bearings with little resistance. Compared with the same type of cutting machine, the power under the same load can be reduced by one third.
4. Easy to move: front wheel steering, flexible and convenient to maintain.
